A broad global CFD broker with 1,000+ instruments, strong MetaTrader coverage and both Standard STP and Raw ECN pricing, but entity selection matters because regulatory protections vary significantly across regions.
VT Markets has developed into a large international CFD proposition with a familiar two-account structure: Standard STP for commission-free spread pricing and Raw ECN for tighter spreads plus a fixed commission. In our August 2026 data, the Standard account averaged around 1.37 pips on EUR/USD and carried no separate commission.
The platform offering is stronger than many similarly positioned global brokers. MT4 and MT5 sit alongside the VT Markets app, web trading and TradingView-oriented charting, while the product catalogue covers more than 1,000 CFDs across forex, shares, ETFs, indices, bonds and commodities depending on entity.
Our main reservation is regulatory consistency. The current public legal structure includes FSCA, Mauritius FSC and UAE CMA relationships, but protections and the role of each entity differ. Traders should read the client agreement carefully rather than assuming every regional page represents the same regulated product issuer.

Where VT Markets is strong, and where it is not.
In-depth analysis across regulation, costs, platforms, accounts, funding, and support.
VT Markets offers many of the features active retail traders expect — MetaTrader, raw pricing and high global leverage — but the legal-entity structure deserves as much attention as the platform features.
VT Markets operates across several legal entities and regulatory relationships. Current public material highlights South Africa's FSCA, the Mauritius FSC and a UAE CMA Category 5 relationship, among other regional structures. The CMA relationship relates to promotion/introduction rather than necessarily being the product-issuing entity.
Because of this multi-entity model, leverage, compensation and legal recourse can differ considerably. Traders should confirm the product issuer named in the client agreement before relying on a regulator logo shown elsewhere on the group site.
VT Markets was established in 2015 and has expanded rapidly across Asia-Pacific, MENA and international retail markets. The growth is significant, but the brand is younger than the longest-established global brokers and its legal structure has evolved over time.
The Standard STP account is commission-free. Our August 2026 measurement recorded about 1.37 pips on EUR/USD, which is usable for a spread-only account but not among the tightest Standard averages in the market.
Raw ECN moves the cost into a smaller spread plus a $6 round-turn commission per standard lot. That commission equals roughly 0.6 pips on a standard EUR/USD lot, so the raw spread should always be evaluated on an all-in basis.
Standard STP is the simpler VT Markets account. It removes the per-lot commission and packages transaction cost into the spread, which makes it easier for lower-frequency traders to calculate costs.
VT Markets provides both MetaTrader generations, its own mobile app and browser-based trading, with TradingView technology used in parts of the web/charting experience. This is a broader platform selection than many offshore-oriented competitors.
MT4 remains useful for legacy automation, while MT5 is the more natural choice for traders who want newer architecture and a broader multi-asset workflow.
The MetaTrader platforms support EAs, custom indicators and standard VPS workflows. Raw ECN and Standard STP pricing can be selected according to cost preference.
The proprietary app is easier for account management and mobile use, while web trading removes the need for a local installation. Exact features can vary by legal entity.
Standard STP and Raw ECN are the principal pricing choices. Swap-free/Islamic or other regional account variants are available in selected jurisdictions.
Demo accounts are available for platform testing. As usual, demo fills and liquidity should not be assumed to reproduce live execution exactly.
Core accounts commonly state a $100 initial deposit, although individual payment methods can have lower or higher funding thresholds. Cards, bank transfer and local/e-wallet methods are supported in many regions.
VT Markets generally processes withdrawals within one to three business days. Bank wires can take three to seven business days to arrive, and later wire/e-wallet withdrawals can incur provider costs depending on method.
Support is provided through live chat, email and regional channels. Coverage is designed for a global client base rather than a single domestic market.
VT Markets has become a visible international CFD brand, but its reputation should be considered alongside the exact entity holding client money. We would place more weight on the account agreement and withdrawal process than on headline leverage or sponsorship activity.
